Out with the Thooms
60 Winter 548 (10 November 2002)
-
Time for another fierce and furry report! I hunted a lot with
Thooms lately, therefore the title - I think some appreciation
for their efforts should be shown sometimes! 8)
Larno helped us here to stay upright for a while, as we were
playing in the sand... Yikes!
A day out on the beaches.. |
- And K'Pyn watched over us as we were fiercely attacked
by a horde of rats down in the Dark Chamber! Notice that only
he were spared by them? Coincidence? I think not... *chuckle*.
Rat invasion! |
- And now the other way round! We rescued the Thoom!
(And the others, of course.)
I heard about some trouble in
the passes and found some unfortunate group there, which got a bit
rocked. You can be assured we were able to help all of them!
Rescue time! |
- Another fun hunted started out as rescue! The cute fen
lady Nelaton called out for help west of the orga camp, where
I found her indeed! Yikes! Because some others came to help too,
we made some spontaneous snaggy hunt! Our small group
ventured really all the way inside to Bones! Once we had some problems
with a fury, but this are mere details 8)
A fun trip to snaggy...8) |
- Wooh, look by what nice group I got invited! I am glad
I had brushed my fur just before - one needs to hunt in style. 8)
Still, my skills were hardly needed because Kaitlyn also showed
a very steady hand on the skinning knife. Thanks for some
very pleasingly time, ladies!
Oh, so very true! *blush* |
- We run out of thooms again! But instead I was on a great
coin hunt with Bean and Tumble. These were fun to listen to,
as they were all the time quarreling *chuckle*. We had some nice
discussions about memberships and stuff, too. 8)
Quote of the day! |
- Have you heard about them already? The pirates of
Lok'groton? As it turned out Captain Stinkfist approached me
recently and offered me a job as crewman. The pay is not bad and
my skills as skinner would get appreciated. Still thinking
about that....
An indecent offer? |
