Mommy!!

 15 Winter 548 (30 October 2002)

• Juhu! I was invited to a foothills hunt again! This is very exciting, so I always look forward to go there. However often time constraints cause that I have to decline invitations... dooh.
  But that time I was lucky! It was short before a storm, so we had to hurry a bit - and we really did! Within minutes we crossed snaggy and entered hatred hollow. There we had some quick fights, but we managed to get through in under a puddle hour. Wooh!
  It was a little disturbing to learn that I had to fall then forcefully in order to get teleported to the foothills. (Still, I am getting used to it - it's far quicker to teleport than to walk 8)

• Once arrived in the foothills we went to find some furs! I was happy because I could be a bit useful with my skinning training as we killed hordes of midnight wendies. And we even found two big mommies - these things are very impressive. Just look at Kojiro... *chuckle*

• And it must been some bloodhack meeting there, because we found lots of these! Yikes! Of course we killed them quickly, but I don't want to rush alone into such a flock... *shiver*

• Soon the chaos storm hit us and we were blown back to town. To bad - I really had a fun time in the hills...
  But then we started to explore what was new around us and to the general amazement - the sylvan outpost was open! At least more or less... inside were some locked doors and the resident sylvans claim to be saving up for some altar. Hmmm... perhaps it is done in six more years! 8)

And the abyss was reported to be frozen too!

• We had some great hunt lately! The Edarian Hunt Club (EHC) gathered to its usual time (OOC: Thurdays, 21:00 CET) and because we were so many this time we decided to go somewhere special! Some of us have never been to KI cove and we thought we might be able to handle it.. (stupid Edarians *chuckle* 8)
  Well.. in short.. we went in, we fell, we got rescued two times by a nearby MI group (big thanks to Yor, Sa'Wrap and the others!), and went home rather broken... Still it was quite some adventure - but next time we will be better prepared!! Yay!
